We accept the following forms of payment: Bank Transfer, Direct Deposit Over ATM Machine/Counter, Credit and Debit Card Payments or PayPal, iPay88 and Western Union. Payment made cannot be refunded, it can only be converted into store credit.

Making a Purchase

The information you provide upon making a purchase includes general facts necessary for us to complete your order, for instance, your name, billing address, shipping address, e-mail address, phone number and credit card number. Your credit card number is privileged information and will not be shared with a third party except for the authorized payment processing agents. Your credit card details will not be saved but other personal information will be secured in our customer information database for future references.

Submitting Testimonials

Please note that upon submitting your testimonial, the information you provide including but without limitation to your name, age, gender, location, occupation, and testimonial will be automatically used, published and/or shared on this website and other marketing materials as may be deemed appropriate by us without further reference to you.

In order for you to receive your goods, Onecare Wellness works with a number of delivery and logistics partners both locally and internationally. Upon order acknowledgment, a tracking number will be provided via email and the customer needs to ensure the email being registered is valid to receive this notification.

All orders will proceed on the next business day and delivery will be dispatched only during business hours, depending on the courier assigned.

Kindly note that we are not responsible for any incorrect postal addresses resulting in non-delivery of the goods. Please carefully ensure that the shipping address entered is correct as it cannot be changed after checkout.

We do accept pick-ups as an alternative. Simply select ‘self-pickup’ during checkout and visit us at our office address as stated in our ‘Contact Us’ section.

The delivery time frame advertised is not guaranteed as it is only an estimated date given by the courier service. Rest assured that the couriers we use operate on a 98-99% success rate, however, we are unable to take responsibility should the items be delayed. Nevertheless, we will help to monitor and urge for timely deliveries. In times of adverse weather conditions, items may take longer than usual to arrive.

If any of this unlikely event happens such as the delivered product being damaged or should you have received a defective or incorrect product, kindly contact us within 7 working days and do not discard the product unless we’ve stated otherwise. Upon confirmation with our support team personnel, you can then return the unused product that is in the same condition as received, in its original packaging, along with the invoice in order to obtain a refund which will include the full cost of the product, shipping charges, customs, tariffs, and taxes.

We shall process the refund once we’ve received the product and confirmed that it is in an unused condition and its original packaging, along with its original invoice. Refunds will only be entitled when these steps are followed.
